Return & Refund Policy

At Grow & Glow Hub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Timeframe: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (as required under EU consumer protection law).
Non-returnable items:
Digital products
Personalized or custom items
Clearance or final sale items
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
