Refund and Returns Policy
All products in our store are print-on-demand (POD) and made especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this production method, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item.
When returns and refunds are accepted
- If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
- If you receive the wrong item.
- If your order is lost in transit.
In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
When returns are not accepted
- If you ordered the wrong size, color, or style.
- If you changed your mind after receiving the item.
- If the product matches the order details and is printed correctly.
Because POD products are made individually for each order, they cannot be resold once returned.
Return shipping
- For items that are defective, damaged, misprinted, or sent in error: we cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other situations: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (if a return is approved).
Processing time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method.
- Replacements are usually shipped within 7–10 business days after approval.
How to request a return or refund

- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
